WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (WS-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and control all KPSI mobile, miscellaneous equipment service, repairs and logistic, and all associated activities to maximize the availability, reliability, productivity, and safe operation of large population of excavators, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, skidders, motor graders, trucks, trailers, generators, and other ancillary equipment in the assigned area;
- Contribute to the achievement of KPSI’s business target within time, cost, and quality parameters as well as provide efficient, effective logistic services to fulfill customer demand.
- Organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes, and the business results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Senior High School graduated in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years experience in heavy equipment service, repair, maintenance, and logistics with minimum 1 years experience in the supervisory level;
- Proven Preventative Maintenance Planning and Repair Skills;
- Advanced ability to understand service manuals and ordering of spare parts;
- Significant experience in trouble shooting with HE engines and hydraulic systems of various brand;
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking;
- Strong leadership skills.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: computer literate; excellent in English and Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and relocate to Kalimantan.
