Senior Management Accountant
We are seeking a multi talented financial/management accountant to undertake a range of senior accounting duties in our Plant Division. Responsibilities will be varied and initially will include:
* Subsidiary ledgers maintenance (Fixed Assets and Maintenance modules)
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
* Assist with planning, budgeting and forecasting
* System maintenance and accounting integrity
* Assist with leasing and capital maintenance
* Cashflow Management
* Capital reporting and management
* Provide in depth business analysis and reporting.
Since the business has a significant capital investment in plant and equipment, this position is critical in delivering quality and timely information to safeguarding our assets and minimise the cost to the business. This is a key personal development role within a high profile department.
A dedicated results driven approach is essential with the capability to multi task, manage people and plan activities. The individual needs to be detailed, accurate and take on a hands-on approach in a very busy environment. This position is not only about the numbers but how you can add value to our operations and performance.
The individual we seek requires at a minimum a Degree in Accounting (with a post qualification such as CPA) with more than 4 years working experience. An MBA or individuals from Top 4 accounting firms would also be well regarded. You may be currently working for a major organisation in manufacturing, distribution, retail, mining or related industries. Your industry experience to date is open, exposure to excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and strong IT skills will compliment your confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organisation.
The position will be based in Jakarta and requires some travel to our project locations. Your performance will be rewarded with our market competitive remuneration.
