Senior Designers (CODE: SDE05)
The Senior Designer provides artistic directions for one or more Bedrock projects, working closely with internal consultant & creative teams to oversee multiple projects, and ensure a high level of visual quality. Immediate contribution in brand identity/packaging practice. The senior designer will work with consultant to lead projects to key clients: conduction conceptual exploration, direction and establish design solution to production.
Key Responsibilities :
Works closely with Art Directors and Production teams to ensure a high level of visual quality in all projects.
Responsible for consistent visual implementation on all application standards.
Create visual style guides as needed.
Generates concept art as well as final art renderings.
Recommends and approves art submission schedules for all projects.
Involve and direct internal and external vendors
Knowledge & Skills :
Candidates should have a strong sense of typography/identity/packaging, mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Indesign.
Excellent draftsman skills, full comprehension of composition and design.Sketching & Rendering.
Well versed in major graphics applications and advanced art production methodologies.
Clear and concise communicator.
Proficient in Macintosh Platform (All adobe programs: Illustrator, Indesign, photoshop, Web Design & Programming skill is an option (flash, dreamweaver, etc).
Education & Training :
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Proficient in English and Indonesian.
S1/S2 degree in a leading universities.
Work Experience.
5-7 years of consumer packaged goods/Hospitality/Financial experience within a breadth of categories, and will have demonstrated strategic knowledge of nomenclature, brand architecture, and versioning.
