Purpose:
Responsible to manage, control and develop ocean freight export operational activities, maintain and develop relationship with existing customers, and coordinate / liaise / work with carriers on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy in order to get maximum profit
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise job duty of senior operations and junior operations executive
* Responsible for receiving shipping instruction for special customers/account and destination
* Maintain contact with supplier & shipper for shipment schedule
* Send advice to overseas unit & customers
* Responsible to solve, supervise & give guidance for shipment/cargo problem
* Has Good Relationship with carriers
