*Achieving aggressive sales target by combining marketing and sales forces plans
*Leading, coaching and developing marketing executive
*Have minimum 3 years experience in managerial / supervisor level
*Develops and implements advertising, sales promotion plans and sales programs
*Candidates from other industries (eg: Consumer goods, otomotive, medical, houseware, retail, etc) are welcomed
*Willing to be located in East Java
