SALES EXPORT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1.
To oversee the entire export sales department, overall marketing and sales of the company’s brand and products
2.
Plan & formulate export business development strategies & directions
3.
Responsible in planning, developing and implementing strategies, concepts and programs to achieve sales target
4.
Plan, develop and oversee execution of export sales and special promotional activities, trade exhibitions in local and overseas
5.
Identify new growth & expansion opportunities, identify target market and determine the targeted markets’ potential by conducting market segmentation, market research and overall sales forecasting for the Export Department
6.
Monitor, motivate & guide the Export Team to ensure the team meet sales targets & achieve departmental goals & objectives
7.
Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions
Qualification:
1.
Male/Female, age between 25 – 35 years old
2.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
3.
Excellent command in both written and spoken English is a requirement, must also be proficient in the use of computer skill
4.
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a managerial level in export sales
5.
Working experience in fast moving consumer goods industry (preferably in confectionary) will be an added advantage
6.
Able to work under pressure and likes challenges, ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and fast-growing company
7.
Strong business acumen & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable
