SAFETY COORDINATOR
Accountabilities:
*
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
*
At least 4 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Reporting
*
Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
*
Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
*
Must have a Hands-on Attitude to the work environment.
*
Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude
Key Responsibilities:
*
Planning and implementation of safety programs and procedures.
*
Preparing and conducting safety toolbox meeting & safety orientation assessment.
*
Conducting routine safety inspections and monitoring safety performance
*
Providing advice and assistance to the Project Manager and employees in implementation of training programs and risk assessments.
*
Supporting project staff in the daily management of safety issues.
*
Promote and develop a safety–proactive safety culture.
