RF OPTIMIZATION SENIOR ENGINEER / ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
Perform Network Design and Pre-Planning
*
Perform Drive-test and Logfiles Analysis for New Sites
*
Network Detailed Planning – Frequency, Code and BSS Parameter Planning
*
Network Optimization – Frequency, Neighbors, BSS Parameter Fine-tuning
*
Perform Monthly Network Benchmarking
*
Handling Customers and VIP Complaints
*
Design & Optimization Report Preparation
*
Responsible maintenance cluster area to achieve Network KPI (CSSR, HOSR, Call Drop) and monitoring the network for trouble shooting
*
Supervise RF & Optimization Team (for Senior RF Engineer)
REQUIREMENTS:
*
Availability: Immediately
*
Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
*
Above 5 (five) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry and experience in Radio Optimization (for Senior RF) and 3 years for RF Engineer
*
Have at least 2 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM/UMTS (3G) network
*
Have a strong knowledge of RF optimization procedure, system parameters and access media functionalities
*
Excellent knowledge of radio service layer, RF interference and configuration characteristics
*
Familiar with Huawei RF Parameter setting is an advantage
*
Excellent in communication in English
*
Self-motivated, with keen analytical and technical skills in preparing report
*
Willing to travel
*
Project Location – Jakarta / Kalimantan
*
Range Salary for RF OPTIMIZATION SENIOR ENGINEER USD 3.5K – 5K
*
Range Salary for RF OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER USD 2K – 3.5K
