REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER
The incumbent will be responsible for the P/L, business performance, trade marketing program as well as finance accounting performance in the region. Report directly to Sales & Marketing Director. The position will be based in Medan.
Requirement
The requirements of this position are shown below:

Min 35 years of age

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from respected / reputable University
*
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*
Pulp and Paper industries experience is preferred.
*
Familiar working in FMCGs company
*
Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
*
Excellent negotiation, analytical skill & effective leader / coach
*
Preferably experience in the assign markets
*
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
