PROJECT MANAGER (code: PM)
Responsibilities:
· Manage task delivery using provided methodology.
· Manage timeline based on approved project plan.
· Manage project expenses as approved on project initiation.
· Manage risk/issue properly and escalate as necessary.
· Co-ordinate the tasks, status and risk/issue with client properly through client’s Project Manager.
· Build good team work within project team member.
· Define the responsibility of each project team member properly.
· Review the performance of each team member along the project.
· Report the project status, issue, and risk to project supervisor.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma Degree with min. 4 years experience or bachelor degree with min. 3 years working experience.
· Has experience min. 3 years as Team Leader or 2 years as Project Manager.
· Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with min. 4 months duration.
· Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred.
· Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
· Having good knowledge on Project Management would be preferred.
· Having good communication skill.
· Having good people management experiences.
· Having good negotiation and presentation skill.
· Willing to work overtime with minimum supervisory.
