Qualifications :

Have 3 years in Unix/Linux – Java/J2EE/JSP – C/C++ preferred – Oracle DB
*
Knowledge of Telecom : SS7, MM7, SMPP, Billing IN
*
Have strong knowledge and skill in project management with proven project management experience utilizing a globally recognized project methodology / procedure / processes
*
Excellent in English (spoken & written)
*
Strong in leadership to manage team
*
Able to working under pressure
