Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Monitoring
· High level of energy / enthusiasm
· Strong coaching skills (individual and team) influence/negotiation skills
· Excellent communication skills.
· Capable of grasping concepts and quickly learning new technologies by self-learning / minimal training.
· Strong in experience in Topaz, BAC, Sitescope administration
· Excellent in Vugen scripting & troubleshooting
· Windows & Unix Administration – 2 years
· Understanding networking infrastructure, Database management
· Thorough in Analytical, Debugging & Troubleshooting skills
· Proven track of leading larger teams & working with global teams
