JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Improve system operations, processes, and policies in support of a specific organization, supports the management reporting, information flow and management, business process, organization and planning
2. Organize and add a support service to be efficient and effective through the improvement of all functions as the coordination and communication between support functions and business
