Job Description :
* To cope with the growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to enhance the leadership and management skills of our supervisory and management personnel. To be considered for this challenging role, the criteria include :
* At least degree in hotel academy or a related discipline
* Fluent in English (both written and oral)
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* At least 5 years experience in hotel or apartment industrial
* Relevant experience gained in people-intensive service industries is a definite advantage
* Computer literature
* Strong in leader shift to manage team
* Able to work under pressure
