Marketing Manager (HO)
Qualifications:
* Conceptualize & implement strategies to build & drive new brand & new category
* Fix & implement suitable & effective ATL & BTL brand communication strategies
* Oversee & mentor & guide the brand management
* Oversee & mentor & guide the brand activation field team
* Catch & leverage present & future emerging market trends
* Lead the complete marketing process internally & externally
* A smart businessman attitude in fixing & utilizing annual A&P budget
* Pro-active & a self-starter
Your background:
* MBA from a reputed University / Institute
* At least 5-7 years track-record of marketing national branded FMCG, preferably mass food & beverage brands across Indonesia, of which at least 2-3 years as independent Marketing Manager or Sr. Brand Manager
* Male or Female in mid to late 30’s
* Can travel extensively to markets.
* Excellent inter-personal skills to effectively interface across all levels in the Co.
* Comfortable as participative Team-player & inspiring leader of his/her team
* Good presentation & communication skills, especially in written & spoken English,
* Can ‘multi-task’ and skilled in time management
