MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

To strengthen our team, we are seeking highly potential candidates to assume “MANAGEMENT TRAINEE” role within the Finance Department. Upon successful achievements, he/she will be promoted as Finance Supervisor in different plants.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Requirement:
* S1 Accounting from reputable university, min GPA = 3.0
* 22-25 years old
* Self-motivated, maintain high integrity, team work minded
* 1-2 years experience in Finance/Accounting is an advantage
* English proficiency, Mandarin is preferable
* Computer literate
Other Requirement:
Having knowledge and experience in all phases of accounting life cycle and standard, finance and accounting system, internal control for manual and programming application, cost accounting and Indonesian taxation regulation English proficiency, computer literate, communication skill
Responsibilities:
* Accounting : Preparing the SOP of accounting department ; setting control account of cost/exp and asset; standardization report under group; analysis and comparison performance ; reporting – management and external
* Finance : Preparing the SOP of finance department; setting control account of bank facilities (loan, L/C, bank position, compliance); monitoring and planning cash flow and working capital (AR-AP-inventory); forex position; analysis and comparison performance; reporting – management and external
* Costing : Preparing the SOP of costing department; setting control under investment related to new product/projects; standardization report (costing – related to product inquiry, operational report – utilization, reject, output, etc, customer profile – value, margin, collection); analysis and comparison performance; reporting – management and external
* Taxation: Preparing the reconciliation report and filling; tax reporting compliance; tax benefit monitoring
