Our client, a multinational FMCG company is currently looking for a HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT to be positioned in Jakarta.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Extensive experience within the same position * Possessed background experience in Internal Audit for both Commercial and Factory / Manufacturing
* Background experience in Operation
* Details-oriented
* High potential in Career development
* Certified-Auditor
* Ability to work in environment of restructured organization
* Preferably having an experience in a multinational FMCG company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Internal Auditing for Commercial and Factory
* Manage team of Auditors and ensure proper implementation and result
* Reformulate and restructured

* Male / Female.
* High standard of achievement
* Result-oriented
* People-oriented and able to relate to all levels well
* Initiative and high motivation, as well as a good motivator to the team.
* Excellent English and communication skill
* Leadership skills and distinctive management competence
