Qualification:
* D3 graduate in Business Administration, Law, Secretarial Practice or Accountancy with 3 years experience in handling formalities and government relation;
* excellent command of English both spoken and written.
Summary of main job descriptions:
· Handling permits relating to expatriates employee;
· Liaising with government offices for building permits, safety, land certificate etc;
· Handling reporting to government offices such as: immigration; Ministry of Manpower, Police, Attorney and Civil office;
· Handling administration of fixed assets, building, equipments, furniture and fixtures etc.
· Updating school documents such as Foundation papers, RPTKA, parking permits, Wajib Lapor Tahunan to Ministry of Manpower etc.
· Other jobs assigned by Head of School or Business Manager.
