FIXED ASSETS AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT
(Bandung _ Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities
· Ensuring timely recording and proper reporting and analysis of fixed assets and spare parts inventory including tracking and analysis of capital spending and depreciation charge.
· Reviewing and controlling of actual capital expenditures vs budget.
· Reconciling subsidiary ledger of fixed assets and spare parts accounts versus General Ledger and recommends any adjustment/correcting entry, thereof.
· Collating, maintaining and analysing actual overhead versus budget.
· Providing support in the preparation and development of the manufacturing unit’s business plans for capital expenditures and overhead (Original Budget, Strategic Plan, and related updates) under the direction of the Plant Controller.
Requirements
· Degree in Business or Finance, preferably MBA graduate or with MBA units.
· Preferably, Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
· Formal accounting qualification, with at least 2 years relevant experience in fixed assets administration.
· Demonstrates ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
· Computer literate / adept in MS Windows and AS/400.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· To be placed at Bandung Plant.
· Contract based only.
