FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Reporting to President Director and Finance & Accounting Director Regional , this position is accountable for Finance & Accounting Manager. Activity is to provide any financial information needed by the Product Line and Management of Areva T&D in taking decision and the necessary consolidation of financial information to the level of AREVA Group with respect to the deadline, the objective of quality & reliability.
Able to plan and analyze Corporate’s Financial results within prevailing legislation and AREVA guidelines and policies in order to reach the targets of the unit especially for profit, cash flow, capital employed and non other financial objectives.
Requirements:
* Education / Experience
* University degree in finance or accounting / Business school degree / MBA
* 5+/+10 years of professional experience depending on Unit size
* (including 3 years min experience in management position)
* Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, international exposure and awareness)
* Knowledge of domestic and international environment (required to support a matrix organization)
* Specific knowledge
* Finance, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Project follow-up, Accounting, Tax, Legal
* High degree of diplomacy, judgement and ability to influence persons in all types of positions
* Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
* Able to interact with various people from different levels within the organization.
* Able to operate MS Office and other programs.
* Strong team player, capable of performing in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment as well as high accuracy in processing data.
