PROJECT MANAGER, SOFTWARE/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT<br />
Position :<br />
We are looking for a mid to senior level Project Manager who understands and loves the web-based application platform, to lead from our Surabaya office, a cross functional, geographically diverse team in implementing customized solutions for clients all around the world.<br />
Projects include data-dependent web-based applications that service various business needs &#8211; so there is a heavy dependency on SQL databases. Projects also include manipulation and customization using various SDKs and APIs to work on platforms Google Apps, Google App Engine, Gadgets, as well as various eCommerce and CMS platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing development of web applications using cutting edge web technologies like PHP, XML, Python, .NET, and Ajax and more &#8211; the languages which make Web 2.0 work.<br />
The ideal candidate will bring to the table real-world experience and academic and well as practical experience in agile, and efficient application development methodology, and will take on P&#038;L responsibility for the projects they manage.<br />

Job Description :<br />
Primary Duties include the following :<br />
    * Being involved from the project inception phase, scoping, assisting in the development of proposals, requirement documents, specifications, and technical requirement checklists.<br />
    * Utilizing our project management application to build out project timelines, make assignments, track projects, be the liaison to the client, and the one ultimately responsible for project success.<br />
    * Take on P&#038;L responsibility for projects &#8211; to ensure scope is managed, change orders are tracked, quoted, and approved, and that the client is happy and informed at all times.<br />
    * Work 5-8 projects at a time<br />
    * Consult with the clients through the implementation process<br />
    * Bring best practices methodologies to SADA, and help implement them.<br />
    * Document applications and all associated procedures<br />
    * Help create sitemaps, webpage layouts, IA and UI with our designers<br />
    * Communicate technical and business requirements with other programmers, designers and clients<br />
    * Develop Test/QA plans for projects<br />
    * Work closely with a talented team of designers and developers<br />

    * Certification or formal training in Project Management, specifically related to application development<br />
    * Practical experience helping build custom applications of various types and sizes<br />

    * Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in managing mission-critical application development<br />

As a global leader in agroforestry research and development, ICRAF’s ultimate purpose is to improve human welfare by reducing poverty, increasing cash income, improving food and nutritional security, and increasing environmental resilience through improved agroforestry systems. <span id="more-12301"></span>ICRAF has it’s headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya and works in 21 countries throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America.<br />
In 1993, the World Agroforestry Centre opened a program for Southeast Asia with Bogor, in Indonesia, as its regional headquarters.  We currently work in five Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and China.<br />
FINANCE SERVICES LEADER<br />
The Position<br />
Under the guidance and supervision of Management Services Leader (MSL), the Finance Services Leader has the function to lead finance unit team consist of four at SEARO and to coordinate with Country Accountants to support regional program.<br />
Duties and Responsibilitie<br />
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the summary tasks as follow :<br />
    * Monitoring financial transactions in the regional office for compliance with the requirements of local government, ICRAF and donors<br />
    * Timely submission of financial deliverables – budgets (project budget and regional budget), treasury services, financial information, financial audit responses, project and donor reports are available on time<br />
    * Record all confidential financial transactions (e.g. personnel contracts and payrolls, Staff provisions and benefits) – including branch accounts e.g. AIARC, pension<br />
    * Coordinate with HRU/SEARO and FSU/HRU HQ for any incoming and outgoing staff that relate to financial matters – ref to HR Checklist<br />
    * Co-review of draft contracts – staff (temporary, consultant), and funding agreement (funding agreement majorly reviewed by MSL)<br />
    * Capacity build staff on policy orientation and  refreshment/awareness for accountants in SEARO and the region (ad hoc as required e.g. technical guidance, SUN system implementation in the country office; country visits – may be delegated to accountant whenever relevant, internal audit facilitation)<br />
    * To take lead in assisting MSL of development of new and improvement  of existing Financial and Administration policies, systems and practices for efficiency of financial operation – e.g. to lead at least one Finance project that will directly contribute to ICRAF strategy, and to participate on other Finance projects.<br />
    * Together with MSL to conduct annual regional financial workshop where corporate financial information and regional practices are shared among the country accountants in the region<br />
    * Manage Unit resources and ensure appropriate coordination with other units<br />

Qualifications and Skills Required:<br />
    * Registered Accountant with minimum education Master degree (S-2) in Accounting.<br />
    * Minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant Accounting experience is required at the national or international level, preferably in not-for-profit organization, in accounting supervisory position and grant management.<br />
    * Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in using SUN systems is desirable.<br />
    * Experience in project management.<br />
    * Good networking skills and knowledge on local and national NGOs in Indonesia<br />
    * Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, writing, verbal and presentation)<br />
Terms of offer<br />
    * This is a Nationally Professional Fixed Term position with a competitive salary and benefits package.<br />
    * The contract is for a period of 2 (two) years, with possibility of renewal, subject to 3 (three) months evaluation period, assessment of performance and availability of resources.<br />
