COMPETENCIES
1. Prepare supporting data for sales project proposal
2. Create sales offering letter and its supporting attachment
3. Create sales order which is asked by sales team and coordinate it to finance, production, and sales control
4. Monitor product process from order to finish product and its delivery
5. Inform finance department based on delivery and prepare all supporting documents for invoice
6. Create and prepare all reporst which are realted to invoice and production
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Female or Male with mature & pleasant personality
2. Hold minimum D III degree preferably major in management or business administration
3. Have relevant work experience minimum a year or fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
4. Able to communicate and handle correspondence in English
5. Honest, Self Starter, creative, and team player
6. Computer literate (MS Office & MS Outlook)
