Our client is an Indonesia-based agribusiness company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of plywood, block boards, particleboards, secondary processed wood panels and other wood-based products. The Company is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Requirements:
· Male, maximal 55 years old
· Posses Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
· At least 15 years working experience in oil palm industry
· Willing to be located at Pekanbaru
· Excellent in leadership, communication, problem solving and analytical skill
· Good command of English both oral and written
Job Description:
· Controlling all operational aspects and activities of the mill such as reception and selection of raw material, processing and dispatch or shipping the product.
· To make a maintenance program and make sure that the program was well applied in the plant.
· To provide mill performance comparison to assess the achievement of the mill management and to display the strength and weakness of the respective mills.
· To make sure that the mill was constructed according to the drawing and specification stipulated in the contract.
· To carry out the commissioning of the mill
· Controlling all operational aspects and activities of the mill such as reception and selection of raw material, processing and dispatching the product.
· To make sure that all machineries in the mill running well by minimizing unplanned breakdown.
· To make sure that the budget is not run over. In other word, I have to stick to the budget in all activities.
· To make sure that spare parts are available for preventive and unplanned maintenance.
· To make sure that all crops received is processed at the same day.
· To prepare annual budget
