We are a fast growing group of companies, which recently are developing Mine Mouth, Biomass Power Plants and Geothermal Power Plants, urgently required somebody who likes a challenge because he/she has a sort of these criteria : target oriented, great leadership competency, experienced to fulfill this position :
COORDINATOR FEASIBILITY STUDY
Responsibilities :
Reports to Senior Manager Finance & Legal and Investment Committee.
Coordinate or act as liaison officer/mediator between company and consultant in formalizing a feasibility study/bankable feasibility study and any other tasks in line with new project start-up, including consultant selection, new company creation and document reviews.
Requirements :
* Male/female, bachelor degree in Electrical (Power)/Mechanical.
* Engineering/Finance/Accounting.
* Experienced as a Liaison Officer in formalizing feasibility study or he/she have had experience in creating a feasibility study by him/herself.
* Familiar with budgeting, cost control, funding and contract negotiation.
* He/she should know legal prerequisites and comply with the environment issues in dealing with power plants.
* Has a general background in power generation.
* Well knowledge in implementing project management tools and techniques.
* Strong communication/leadership skill.
