OBJECTIVE
To control and organize operational administrative all aspect of Compensation and Benefit.
REQUIREMENT
Non Technical Competence :
* Strong analytical
* Result and Process Oriented
* Detail Oriented
* Strong Teamwork
* Good interpersonal and communication skill.
* Good command of English, both oral and written
* Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
Technical Competence :
* Minimum S1 degree from Reputable University, prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
* Familiar with payroll system
* Familiar with employee tax calculation
* Familiar with medical insurance and other employee benefit.
