Client Service & Accounts and Business Development Pursuit Support Manager/ Senior Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Client Service & Accounts pursuit efforts related:
• Manage/ coordinate/ drive the firm’s major account teams in their pursuit and business planning activities, including the following:
a. Perform basic research for pursuits and engagements, as well as aid pursuit team to locate relevant deliverables and credentials for the firm’s major clients
b. Deal with other country practices and practitioners in pursuit support activity/ coordination, including locating global expertise
c. Master EY Indonesia multi-service lines’ products/ services to be able to effectively support the firm’s major account teams
• Manage/ coordinate/ drive high profile internal clients relationship and obtain buy-in from the program high level stakeholders as most programs involve higher level management (e.g. Partners) to be coordinated
• Monitor and develop regular (bi-monthly) reporting on the progress of the firm’s major accounts pursuit efforts.
B. Firm-wide Business Development pursuit support related:
• Manage/ coordinate/ drive the firm’s strategic business planning and pursuit activities; both for pursuit activities originated by the firm’s Business Development Program Office and other firm-wide cross-divisional pursuits, covering:
a. Annual Firm-wide strategic business planning process, and
b. Pursuit coordination, support, monitoring, and reporting; and including the following:
a. Master the nature of all key Industry value chain & business to be able to support effectively the firm business development effort, Industry leaders, and the engagement teams
b. Understand EY Indonesia multi-service lines’ products/ services to be able to effectively maintain the most up-to-date firm services database
c. Manage & analyze huge amount of clients data that will be categorized by segment
d. Drive acquisition and deployment of knowledge, including leveraging engagement knowledge
• Monitor & develop regular (bi-monthly) reporting on each firm business development program progress status for the management
• Assist in implementation of new procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality in reporting & monitoring progress of firm-wide business development
In addition, the ideal candidate should have the following general qualifications:
• Minimum university degree (S1), from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.0) or equivalent; Relevant Masters degree (S2) and/or overseas graduate preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in consulting services industry, either in ‘Big 4′ consulting firms or other reputable boutique consulting firms; or other industries with a minimum of 12 years relevant working experience
• Fluent in English is a must (both Oral & Written)
• Proven analytical thinking and detail oriented person
• Proven track of managing multiple projects/programs; and able to manage highly complicated environment (programs) as well as handle multi disciplinary programs
• Proven experience in developing reports and have hands-on experience in leading and
managing teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people from all levels professionally
