Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation :
IT Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support technical support for servers, PC for Core and Non-Core applications
* Provide support for HW and SW infrastructures for users by configuring the HW, installing the OS and network to be able users and system utilize the infrastructure
* Support end-users as technical support for servers & PC workstation
* Support IT Operation in the area of EOD processing for core banking
* Continuously monitor application availability and report any problem to your supervisor
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering , Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
· Having experience at least 1 (one) year in similar area and/or comparable and/or telecommunications devices
· Knowledge of banking operations in general
· Good knowledge of Departmental operations
· Excellent to extraordinary knowledge of hardware/software/embedded systems deployed throughout the Bank
· Self starter and highly motivated person
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
· Proven capacity to develop relationship and manage a team
· PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline
· PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
· Willing to be place at Bali Branch
