Business Manager Oncology
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.
To ensure timely launch assigned new products by coordinating with regulatory and medical department, Sales Department and Group Product Manager
2.
To Make the preparation for new Product Launch
3.
To Monitor the development of assigned product for the first three years
4.
To identify new opportunities within the allocated category by proposing ne products
5.
To Expand the business via – co Promotion / Co- Marketing
6.
To implement marketing program based on approved plan and budget
7.
To Participate in Congress / events
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
*
5 years previous and recent experience in Commercial and/or Mktg Dept. in Multinational Pharmaceutical company
*
3 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry as Product Manager
*
S 1 From Medical or Pharmacy Background
*
Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
*
Organized and determined persistent person.
*
Perfectionist and detail oriented. Searching for excellence. Achiever.
*
Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
*
Proactive and Team player.
*
Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
*
Resource mobilizator.
*
Analytical spirit, capacity to ease process and analyze figures. From complex to simple attitude.

Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
*
Training skills
*
Able to communicate at different organization levels

Good English and Computer Literacy
