General Requirements:

Male / Female

S1 degree (any major) from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
*
Having minimum 3 years experience in Business Development / Business Consultancy in Hospitality industry (Restaurant)
*
Having wide network with shopping center building management (mall / plaza)
*
Able to develop Texas Fried Chicken outlet
*
Willing to do travelling
*
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
*
Good command of English, both written and spoken
*
Independent, self-motivated and strong leadership skill.
*
Candidates with a flare for concept selling and project management are encouraged to apply.
*
Candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
*
Excellent presentation & networking skills.
*
Proven sales & marketing track record
*
Creative, innovative and resourceful
*
Marketing-oriented and a strong drive to succeed with personal credibility.
