3. Posses excellent taste in fashion & full knowledge in the latest fashion trend
4. Have knowledge about seasonal collection plan, seasonal buying plan, fashion forecasting plan, fashion design, store concept design & visual merchandiser
5. Full knowledge in material & sourcing
6. Have high skill in retail operation & sales management
7. Good marketing planing & strategy
8. high Capacity in leadership & teamwork
9. Highly Experience P & L, buying, & sales budget
10. Fluent in English both spoken and written
11. Placement in Jakarta & travel extensively
