To strengthen our young, successful team, we need ambitious& experienced sales and marketing persons with ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking and ‘must- win’ attitudes, at our HO (Jakarta) and in the market, with the opportunity to grow professionally as our business grows :
BRAND MANAGER (HO)
Qualifications:
* Plan, improve & execute 4Ps of the brand strategy for growth.
* Conceptualize & develop, brand activation activities.
* Conceptualize & develop effective merchandising materials for all trade channels.
* Develop, execute public-relations campaigns to support brand(s).
* Track market needs, trends, competition & opportunities.
* Track brand(s) performance
Your background:
* University graduate (MBA/Masters degree would be an advantage), with minimum of 3 -5 years brand management experience in a large mass branded beverage / health-food company
* Willing to travel across Indonesia intensively.
* Male /Female, Max 35 years old
* Sales & marketing skill & techniques, product / brand management, conceptual planning, marketing budgeting
* Sociable, team-player, self- motivated, creative, and end-result oriented.
* Have successfully led small and large projects to result.
* ‘Hands-on’ approach to problem solving
* Posses supervisory, communication and leadership skills
* Able to manage relationships at all levels.
* Proficient in verbal and written English.
* Can ‘multi-task and skilled in time -management.
