Audit Specialist
He/She is responsible to conduct validation and investigation audits of factories. Identifies risks in factories by applying Walmart Standards for Suppliers. Meanwhile he/she also performs validation audits to confirm 3rd party audit findings and assessments. Works collaboratively with the related team to facilitate improvement of factory ratings.
The Requirements:
* S1/Bachelor degree holder, with minimum 3-5 years experience in factory compliance audit/assessment
* The ability to examine and understand factory violations
* Knowledge of factory remediation and development including recommendation of successful corrective action plans
* Investigational skills including active questioning and listening, fact finding, interviewing, researching and gathering information, dealing with resistance or obstruction, handling difficult situations, gathering evidence, and rapport building under pressure
* Knowledge of local and regional issues effecting social and environmental conditions
* Takes full ownership for achieving and delivering desired outcomes with factories and suppliers
* The ability to evaluate and improve existing systems and processes
* Good command of spoken and written English is required
* Exhibits a high level of integrity and ethics
