Assistant Relationship Manager,Corporate Finance(Syndicated Loans) $4000-$6000

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Senior Relationship Manager in financial analysis, credit reviews and proposals
* Support the Senior Relationship Managers in origination/execution, client management, syndication and portfolio management
* Perform deal structuring such as drafting and evaluating commercial terms of term sheets.
* Evaluation of deals including performing financial modeling, stress testing and auditing of financial models.
* Managing and submitting of credit application papers, modifications and loan reviews.
* Liaising with internal and external parties on legal documentation
* Manage the existing loan accounts to ensure internal/external compliance of all regulations and loan covenants.
* To render assistance in any sell-down initiative of the bank as well as attending to clients’ requests.
* Identify and refer any new business opportunities for the bank
* Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* Recognized Degree in Finance/ Business / Accountancy / Economics or a relevant discipline
* 3- 5 years of experience in handling Loans Syndication deals for corporate/ SME / MNCs accounts
* Relevant experience in the areas of Deal origination/execution, Client management, Syndication and Portfolio management
* Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills (Incumbent is expected to deal with Mandarin speaking only clients)
* Ability to write Credit Reviews and Proposals
* Strong analytical skills and Financial Modeling experience (ability to build a financial model from scratch and conduct extensive audit on financial models where required)
* Good understanding of legal terms and documentation procedures
* Ability to identify and mitigate risks
