In an effort to enhance morale and productivity, promote good governance, and help the organization increases performance and improves business results, the human resource and the purchasing department are now seeking for a high caliber candidate, Indonesian, female, single, aged between 25-35, earned a bachelor’s degree or higher of English with excellent both spoken and written communication , strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors, to post an administrative assistant at the MTU Port in Teluk Betung, Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah. Experience is an essential part of a successful candidate. Roles and responsibilities:
* Relieve management and administrative detail.
* Acts as an interpreter and translator by converting Indonesian languages into English
* Relay concepts and ideas between Indonesian and expatriates
* Take initiative in manager’s absence
* Coordinate work flow
* Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
* Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
* Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
* Process replies on own initiative or from manager’s dictation or notes
* Handle all inquiries within capacity
* Making travel and meeting arrangements
* Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with planning new employee coordination meeting
* Compiling materials and maintaining employee database records, as well as sensitivity to confidential matters
* Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
* Regularly follow up with human resource manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan and implementations
* Give presentation at colleges and increase college awareness of the company
* Selecting office vendors and cooperating purchasing processes
* Research product market information relating to furniture, equipment, and supply purchase
* Perform other special tasks as assigned
