A fast growing and expanding PMA Injection Molding Company located in Cikarang, Bekasi, is seeking for energetic, dynamic and aggressive people who are highly qualified candidates for their operations:
Accounting Executive (AE) / Costing Specialist
Requirements :
* Male/Female < 30 years old
* Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years working experience in similar position.
* Experience in managing and analyzing accounting records
* Knowledge of manufacturing accounting with costing accounting background preferable
* Must be aggressive, analytical and have good problem solving skills
* Have good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Willing to work hard and responsible to the Management of the Company
* Must be a team player and have ability to lead a team of staffs
* Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
* Have flexible attitude and adaptable to different working conditions
* Good work ethics and attitude
* Have good command of oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and moderate command of English
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate monthly inventory audit and organize meetings for audit findings with follow-up actions
* Maintain, update and analyze product costing
* Period audit and control for cost center and units
* Manage and analyze accounting records for the different cost center and cost objects
* Make analysis and reports on different work centers and product control
