Accountant
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To provide and maintain accurate financial data in accordance with statutory, Coveyance System Asia and Eaton corporate accounting policies and practices
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Prepare monthly & quarterly financial statement on a timely manner
B. Prepare variance analysis of plant performance against prior month rolling forecast & full year profit plan
C. Conduct detail product / cost centre / department cost analysis & identify variances against prior month/quarter/last year/profit plan
D. Liaise with external auditors
E. Maintain Accounts Payables to AP Module (Third Party) and staff expenses
F. Maintain Accounts Receivables and Sales, such as AR Module, AR Management (Credit Control), sales analysis and reporting
G. Manage cash flow of bank transactions and reconciliation, and cash flow forecasts
H. Provides and maintains accurate data on company fixed assets
I. Ensure SOX compliance
J. Identify & verify cost saving opportunities for the organization
K. Streamline accounting procedure & internal control without compromise on compliance
o Accounting Education (Diploma / Degree in Accounting)
o Experience in financial planning & analysis, taxation and cost accounting in MNC or large corporation.
o Familiar with MRP & accounting system
o Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook)
o Good communication skill and fluency in English
o SOX exposure
